ABOUT THE POSITION
Cummins is part of the global corporation Cummins Inc., which develops and delivers complete drivetrain solutions for the heavy vehicle industry, ranging from engines and axles to braking systems and electrified components. The facility in Lindesberg focuses on the production and development of drivetrain components, driving investment and product projects in close collaboration with other European units.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be part of the technical department, a team of 11 individuals with expertise in engineering, project management, and IT/systems. The department is responsible for the factory's technical projects, investments, and development initiatives. Your role involves driving projects forward, planning activities, and coordinating work between engineering, maintenance, and production. It is a varied position with significant autonomy, allowing you to work broadly and develop your project management skills. To succeed, you need to be structured, solution-oriented, and possess strong logistical thinking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Project Manager entails independently planning, leading, and following up on projects from initial phase to successful completion. You are responsible for ensuring that project goals are met within budget and time constraints, as well as ensuring that the team works efficiently towards common objectives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics
- Has experience from production or technical tasks
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Previous experience in project management is an advantage.
