Academic Resource is now seeking a Junior Project Controller for a major customer in the Life Science industry.
This is a long-term consulting assignment ideal for someone with project controlling experience who thrives in a role with both operational and analytical responsibilities. About the Role:
As a Project Controller, you will be a key person in the financial work of projects. You will be responsible for follow-up, invoice management, and forecasting, serving as crucial support to project managers and other stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with both finance departments and project teams, where your work contributes to effective cost control and well-grounded decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor project finances, costs, and revenues
• Handle invoices, purchases, and order flows in business systems (SAP)
• Prepare forecasts and financial analyses
• Ensure correct reporting and follow-up according to procedures
• Support project managers and contribute to efficient financial processes
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has experience in controlling and invoice management
• Understands project financing and financial flows
• Has experience with major business systems, preferably SAP
• Is proficient in Excel
• Is analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Can work independently and collaborate in teams
• Enjoys working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
