About the Position As a production engineer, you'll become part of a dedicated team developing and optimizing treatment techniques for water, oil, landfill, and landfill gas. You'll combine technical problem-solving, analysis, and project work in an environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll work closely with operations, production engineers, and water treatment specialists, focusing on ensuring stable and efficient operation through planning, follow-up, and process development. About Ragn-Sells and Högbytorp Ragn-Sells is a Swedish family company with over 130 years of experience in recycling and environmental services. Högbytorp is one of Sweden's most modern facilities, handling both hazardous and non-hazardous waste with advanced purification, landfill, and energy recovery technologies. Approximately 120 people work here, with 50 in the liquid and solid waste department. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Holds a university or master's degree, preferably in chemical engineering, environmental technology, or similar • Has a genuine interest in water treatment and environmental technology • Is communicative, analytical, and self-driven, with the ability to plan and act flexibly • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently • Has a B driver's license and access to a car (Public transportation to the facility is challenging) Experience in project work, data analysis, or process technical systems is meritorious – but your curiosity and willingness to learn are most important.
