About this role

About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at GREEN14. About the Company Critical raw materials are essential metals and minerals for Europe's green and digital transformation – driving everything from batteries and semiconductors to wind turbines and advanced manufacturing. Europe is currently highly dependent on global import flows. GREEN14 is here to change that. By moving production to the Nordic region, GREEN14 strengthens Europe's supply chain resilience and access to key materials such as silicon, titanium, and tungsten. Using a patented hydrogen plasma reduction technology, the company is redefining how critical materials are produced – replacing coal with hydrogen and generating water instead of carbon dioxide as a by-product. This innovation drastically reduces emissions and enables sustainable production in a single step. Founded in 2021, GREEN14 is led by a world-class team with backgrounds from NASA, KTH, Northvolt, and Imperial College London, combining expertise in hydrogen plasma, materials science, and high-temperature processes. The company currently has 15 employees with the ambition to create real impact in sustainability and local self-sufficiency, collaborating with partners across Europe and the world. Job Responsibilities As a junior process technician at GREEN14, you will have a hands-on role where you are a central person in the work of assembly, maintenance, and reactor testing. You will assist with machine service and maintenance, assemble and disassemble mechanical components, and support engineers during installations and tests. Your tasks will include: • Assisting with machine service and maintenance • Assembling and disassembling mechanical components • Supporting engineers during installations and tests • Contributing to order and safety in the work environment • Gradually taking on more independent responsibility in practical work Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Technical high school education • Experience with practical work as a technician or similar in industry, workshop, or technical service • Interest in machines, technology, and mechanics • Welding experience • Basic electrical knowledge is meritorious • High-voltage experience is meritorious We are looking for someone who is practically minded, detail-oriented, and technically interested, and who enjoys physical work. You are responsible and reliable, with a focus on performing tasks carefully and efficiently.
