About the Role
Nobia is now seeking a structured and analytical Junior PMO / Business Analyst for our PMO team in Jönköping. Are you a person who wants to work in a coordinating role, has good communication skills, enjoys making analyses, developing and following up timelines and resource planning? Then this could be the right role for you!
As a Junior PMO / Business Analyst, you will become an important part of our PMO team within the factory project. You will work closely with project managers and factory management in a dynamic everyday environment where no two days are the same. The role involves supporting project follow-up, analyzing processes and capacity, and creating decision-making and presentation materials for steering groups and management. This is a varied role where you can combine structure, analysis, and communication and have the opportunity to grow within both project management and business analysis.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Support the PMO team in planning, follow-up, and reporting of project activities
• Develop and maintain presentation materials in PowerPoint to be both informative and visually appealing
• Conduct analyses of processes, capacity, and flows to identify bottlenecks, improvement areas, and optimal production flows
• Support resource and activity planning
• Maintain documentation and tools in the PMO system
• Support the development of key performance indicators, decision-making materials, and KPI follow-up
• Coordinate information flow within the project through clear documentation and communication
• Prepare materials for weekly information
Location is Nobia Park Jönköping.
About You
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably in industrial economics, technology, production, or supply chain
• 2-4 years of experience in project follow-up, analysis, or PMO work in roles such as project coordinator, PMO coordinator, business analyst, or similar
• Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably MS Project
• Good project understanding
• Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Beneficial for the position is education in project management or data analysis, as well as experience as a consultant at one of the larger management consulting firms.
As a person, you are alert, positive, and self-driven with a strong analytical ability and an eye for detail. You have the ability to structure and analyze complex information and have a great interest in technology, analysis, data, and transforming this into informative presentation material.
