Junior Order Management at Stryker - a global medical technology company

Stryker is seeking a junior talent to join its Order Management team in Malmö. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop in a high-performing, international environment, work with essential products, and contribute to efficient and accurate order flows. ABOUT THE POSITION As a consultant in Stryker's Order Management team, you will play a vital role in managing order flows for Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. You will work with both manual and digital orders in Oracle and maintain ongoing contact with customers, while ensuring high quality at every step – “first time right.” The role offers significant independence and freedom, with support from experienced colleagues. During the onboarding period, you will learn processes, systems, and workflows through shadowing and gradually taking on responsibilities. Once fully productive, you will handle approximately 40–50 orders per day and may also be involved in special projects. Work will take place at Stryker's office in Malmö, with the possibility of 1–2 remote days per week. The position is full-time for 1 year. You will be employed by Academic Work and assigned to our client Stryker.
