Junior Software Developer

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a curious and driven software developer for their Sensors Development Team. You will have a unique opportunity to follow the entire process – from development and testing to installation and operation – in an environment where innovation and cross-functional collaboration are at the center. ABOUT THE POSITION: As part of the team, you will develop software for the client's sensor and camera systems used in both production measurement systems and security monitoring. You will work closely with colleagues who install systems in the field, which will provide you with a holistic understanding of the product and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work in the industry. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design and implement software solutions for vision and infrared sensor systems in industrial environments. • Participate in research and development to improve sensor technology and system performance. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team for installation, operation, and follow-up of systems worldwide. • Contribute to problem-solving and innovation in close cooperation with colleagues in development. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: • Has a relevant civil or technical college engineering education • Has good skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in internal and external interfaces. • Has at least 1 year of work experience in software development. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consultant assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client.
