Junior Materials Engineer – Hands-on Analysis in a State-of-the-Art Laboratory Environment

The role is hands-on and involves independently conducting metallographic examinations of components manufactured using additive manufacturing. You will work closely with two experienced colleagues and utilize advanced equipment such as light optical microscopes and scanning electron microscopes for analysis. The work includes failure investigations, quality assurance for both in-house production and suppliers, as well as documentation in technical reports. The pace can be fast, and tasks vary from planned inspections to urgent investigations when something fails.
