In Sweden, they have nearly 450 employees with offices in both Stockholm and Gothenburg, working nationwide on various infrastructure-related projects. On behalf of Implenia, we are now seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for a long-term consulting assignment with the potential for direct employment at Implenia. As Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a central role in supporting Implenia's projects and tender groups on legal matters. You will become part of the Legal function, working closely with the business and driving legal issues forward. The role involves both operational support and strategic work with opportunities to grow in responsibility over time. We Offer - Varied work with significant development opportunities focused on freedom under personal responsibility - Positive and competent colleagues with a strong team spirit - A dedicated consultant manager from Academic Work who will support and coach you throughout the assignment WORK TASKS The Junior Legal Counsel role involves providing legal support to projects and tender groups, managing contract reviews and dispute handling, and contributing to Implenia's compliance work in close collaboration with the organization's management functions. * Provide legal support to projects and tender groups, including communication and negotiation with contractual parties (clients, subcontractors, consultants) * Perform contract reviews and follow-up on additional and modified work * Investigate and compile legal issues, including disputes * Conduct internal training in legal and related areas together with Head Legal * Actively collaborate with the project organization and management functions such as purchasing and finance WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Have a completed law degree - Possess basic knowledge of construction law - Have experience working at a construction company - Have very good Swedish and English skills in speech and writing - Have a B driver's license It is meritorious if you have - Knowledge of LOU, AMA, and compliance Personal Characteristics To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you have strong analytical skills, are business-oriented, and can easily collaborate with different parts of the organization.
