We are seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator for an assignment with one of our customers in western Gothenburg. The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last approximately 3-6 months. The position is full-time and work will be performed on-site at the customer's location.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be involved in the entire payroll process and, together with the payroll manager, responsible for the company's payroll for both union and salaried employees. You will also provide service and support to managers and employees regarding payroll issues, time registration, travel expenses/disbursements, etc.
Main Work Tasks
• Registration of new hires and terminations in the payroll system
• Prepare payroll documentation
• Ongoing system maintenance
• Generate and distribute statistics and reports
• Reporting to authorities
• Administration of pension and insurance
• Various ad hoc tasks
We are looking for someone with a vocational college education in payroll or similar work experience. You should have payroll knowledge through internship or work and speak Swedish fluently in both written and spoken form. A strong interest in digitalization and systems is highly appreciated. Experience with systems like 3L Pro, Flex HRM, or Flex Classic Lön is meritorious but not required.
Personally, you are detail-oriented, structured, responsible, and communicative. You are social and positive and enjoy frequent interaction with others.
