Who are we?
Promote Customer Success consists of a friendly group of driven individuals who have a hand in every other department at Promote International. In addition to helping our clients with solutions regarding program design and the use of Promote, we also serve as an internal support function and collaborate closely with the development team, sales staff, marketing department, and our own consultants.
About the role
This is a junior administrative role where you will have the opportunity to grow and learn alongside us. You do not need extensive experience – we place greater emphasis on your ability to be structured, a quick learner, and comfortable with digital tools. The role is primarily administrative but also includes a creative aspect where you will assist in developing and updating course materials.
You will, among other things:
• Administer courses for selected clients
• Provide customer service and support via email
• Keep track of information, materials, versions, and deadlines
• Support our sales and marketing department with simpler materials for quotes, presentations, and other sales support
• Develop and update course materials for our training programs
This is not a purely graphic design position, but a role for someone who enjoys structure, customer service, and administration – while also finding it fun to work with layout and visual materials.

Main responsibilities

Qualifications
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills
• Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing
• Experience in customer service or administrative work is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn
Meritorious
• Experience in the education sector
