Junior Requirements Analyst at Quest Consulting

Job Description In this position, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating various projects and sub-projects as part of the organization's ongoing change and development efforts. You will also be responsible for requirements management, needs analysis, and process mapping related to the organization's transformation journey, including projects focused on regional administration and its development. The role includes responsibility for IT and business development projects. Mandatory Requirements • At least two (2) years of documented experience working in the role of Requirements Analyst. • At least two (2) years of documented experience in driving change and development work at both strategic and operational levels, including: - process analysis and improvement - business development - organizational development - project management • At least two (2) years of documented experience working with Design Thinking, design methodologies, and product development. • At least two (2) years of documented experience in identifying, measuring, and achieving desired outcomes, including: - requirements and needs analysis - innovation processes and strategy - KPIs • Documented experience in facilitating workshops. • Documented experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Visio. Desirable Requirements • You should have documented experience working with business intelligence, including the management, analysis, and reporting of healthcare data in the main journal system TakeCare. • You should have documented experience working with project and collaboration tools such as Jira and Miro. • You should have documented experience working with REST API, development of digital services, and interfaces in Optimizely.
