Click the "Apply Now" button! **About the Role** As a junior consultant with us, you will play a vital role in helping our clients integrate responsible business practices into their operations, strategies, and value chains, as well as conducting supplier monitoring and social audits. You will also assist companies in meeting sustainability requirements and conducting on-site audits where production occurs. **Your Main Responsibilities:** As a junior consultant, you will have the opportunity to: - Advise or audit companies on sustainable supply chains with a focus on human rights, labor rights, environmental issues, and business ethics, including on-site audits. - Work with global sustainability initiatives such as the UN Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the OECD Guidelines for Due Diligence for Responsible Business Conduct. - Support the design and implementation of due diligence processes for human rights, environmental issues, and business ethics across various industries. - Conduct risk assessments, stakeholder mapping, and gap analyses related to sustainability due diligence. - Collaborate closely with clients to strengthen responsible sourcing, ethical governance, and transparency throughout the value chain. - Advise or audit companies based on labor law conditions according to collective agreements, systematic work environment management (AFS 2023:1), ISO 45001, and anti-discrimination laws. **Who You Are** To apply for the position, we would like you to have: - Experience in audits related to sustainable supplier monitoring and social audits. - 1-2 years of experience in sustainable procurement or due diligence. - A good understanding of international standards for responsible business conduct, such as the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), ILO conventions, and EU regulations on sustainability due diligence. - Experience in risk analysis and risk management concerning human rights, the external environment, workplace conditions, and business ethics, including anti-corruption in the supply chain. - Strong knowledge of risks related to human rights and labor rights. - Knowledge of the UN Convention against Corruption. - Documented knowledge of advising or auditing companies based on labor law conditions and ESG principles.
