RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role of Support Technician, you will assist Bedege's customers with 1st and 2nd line issues, primarily via phone but also through email, remote access, and cases submitted through their ticket portal. The cases vary and may include: • Troubleshooting data flows and back-office systems • Resetting passwords via Active Directory • Guiding customers on restarting terminals and equipment on-site • Supporting finance managers when issues arise with accounting in the system • Troubleshooting specific hardware • Network issues WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: • Has a strong interest in IT; perhaps you have studied a technical program in high school or have previous work experience in a similar field • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in your work ABOUT THE CLIENT COMPANY: Bedege has unique industry knowledge combined with a long and proud history, where their experiences in both IT and business management, primarily within retail, began in the mid-1980s. Much has happened on their journey, and they are very proud of their background, but they want to focus on the present and, even more so, look to the future. This is how Bedege intends to grow; together with their customers. In this industry, the customer base includes some of the most prominent names in the market. The support service operates 365 days a year, from 06:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and during weekends. This dedicated approach aims to ensure first-class service and enable their customers to continuously run their businesses and increase their sales. The workday follows a rolling schedule, and weekend shifts are included approximately every four to five weeks to ensure seamless and efficient support.
