About the Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users needing assistance with IT-related issues. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and document cases via phone, email, and a ticket management system. This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about helping others and have an interest in technology, computers, and networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and log support requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks
• Provide user support via phone, email, and in person
• Install and configure computers, printers, and other equipment
• Document cases in the system and follow up on solutions
We are looking for someone who
• Has an IT-related education (secondary or post-secondary)
• Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and pedagogical
• Has an interest in technology and problem-solving
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has basic knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and networks
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Knowledge of Active Directory, remote control tools, or ITIL
