About this role

**About the Assignment** We are looking for a curious and service-oriented IT Support Specialist who wants to take responsibility for everything from computer orders to case management and communication with external consultants. You will be part of an experienced team working with IT outsourcing, where you will serve as the hub connecting users, hardware, and technical consultants. Onboarding will take place in collaboration with the team and management leader. **Key Qualities** - You are curious, positive, and view IT support as a customer service profession. - You are proactive and structured – while also having the ability to be agile and re-prioritize when urgent issues arise. - You collaborate well, are not afraid to ask questions if you don’t know, and are eager to contribute in weekly case management meetings with colleagues. - You see opportunities for improvement and are keen to suggest ways to make the work more efficient. **Responsibilities** - Ordering and managing hardware. - Setting up and administering user accounts (AD, O365). - Configuring computers, mobile phones, and tablets (Intune/Jamf). - Case management in the case management system (LIME). - Walk-in support on-site. **Requirements** - Experience in a Microsoft environment: AD and O365. - Knowledge of Apple devices and JAMF. - Ability to work systematically, follow up on cases, and maintain documentation. **Practical Information** - Scope: Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (08:00–12:00 or 09:00–13:00) - Duration: About 6 months (possibility of extension) - Location: Helsingborg - Start: As soon as possible Submit your application today and seize the opportunity to grow in a role where your support and coordination skills can make a real difference!
