**About the Assignment**
We are looking for a curious and service-oriented IT Support Specialist who wants to take responsibility for everything from computer orders to case management and communication with external consultants. You will be part of an experienced team working with IT outsourcing, where you will serve as the hub connecting users, hardware, and technical consultants. Onboarding will take place in collaboration with the team and management leader.

**Responsibilities**
- Ordering and managing hardware.
- Setting up and administering user accounts (AD, O365).
- Configuring computers, mobile phones, and tablets (Intune/Jamf).
- Case management in the case management system (LIME).
- Walk-in support on-site.
**Requirements**
- Experience in a Microsoft environment: AD and O365.
- Knowledge of Apple devices and JAMF.
- Ability to work systematically, follow up on cases, and maintain documentation.
**Practical Information**
- Scope: Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (08:00–12:00 or 09:00–13:00)
- Duration: About 6 months (possibility of extension)
- Location: Helsingborg
- Start: As soon as possible
