Description
We are seeking a service-oriented HR Contact Support for an exciting assignment with one of our major customers in Gothenburg. You will be an important part of the HR team and contribute to providing professional support to managers and employees in HR-related matters.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and hired out to the client. The assignment starts on December 1, 2025, and will initially run until June 30, 2026.
Work Tasks
• Serve as the contact point for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in HR-related matters.
• Handle cases via phone and email.
• Provide support in matters concerning HR policies, personnel information, and systems.
• Contribute to the development of self-service functions and HR services intranet.
• Ensure high quality and good service in all HR-related contacts.
Qualifications
Must-requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, personnel administration, or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative work within HR or service function.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good system proficiency and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new tools.
Meritorious:
• Experience working in larger organizations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and case management systems.
Terms
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and hired out to the client. Work will be on-site in Gothenburg, full-time (40 hours/week).
