We are now seeking an administrator for land allocation and permit issues – perfect for those who have recently started their university or college education and want to combine studies with a flexible and developmental job! Warm welcome to apply! Job Description The position involves handling permits, processing referrals, primarily from the Police Authority in the sales area (kiosks and outdoor seating, among others). In this role, you will have ongoing contact with permit holders, applicants, and citizens. You will respond to comments and correspondence from the public, other administrative departments, and external actors. The work also includes site visits, minor investigations, and preparation of decision-making documentation. You should have: • Ongoing relevant university or college education, such as in urban planning, political science, law, or equivalent • Good proficiency with digital systems and case management tools • Experience in making calculations, analyses, and compilations • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • High school diploma. Merits for the assignment include experience of: • Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Public Order Act, Traffic Ordinance, and municipal regulations • Experience collaborating with the Police Authority or other government agencies • Experience working in a politically governed organization. As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and able to drive your work forward. You have good planning skills and are accustomed to working structurally within clear time frames. We seek someone who is collaborative, responsible, and has a non-prestigious and flexible working style, with an easy ability to create and maintain contacts with entrepreneurs, colleagues, and decision-makers. Offer A consultancy assignment with approximately 3-10 hours per week based on needs, throughout 2026. You should also be able to work more during holiday periods and summers, and we hope you might consider working 1-2 years long-term. At the beginning of the assignment, 2-3 weeks will require approximately 10-25 hours of work. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB and seconded to our client. Location: central Stockholm.
