Junior BI Developer

Junior BI Developer (Qlik Sense/QlikView) Role Description We are looking for a junior BI developer with a focus on Qlik Sense and QlikView for a project within a larger public organization. The assignment involves further developing and maintaining existing BI solutions as well as contributing to the migration from QlikView to Qlik Sense. You will work closely with the business on requirements analysis, data modeling, and the development of user-friendly decision support solutions. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize Qlik Sense and QlikView applications for monitoring and reporting • Participate in and drive the migration of existing QlikView applications to Qlik Sense • Conduct troubleshooting, improvements, and ongoing support of existing applications in a controlled operational environment • Work with requirements analysis, data modeling, and design of BI solutions in close collaboration with business representatives • Ensure good performance, quality, and stable operation of the solutions • Work according to agile methods (e.g., Scrum) in teams and be able to take responsibility for your own deliveries • Collaborate with developers in decision support, data and integration units, as well as system owners and specialists for various source systems • Contribute to documenting solutions, data models, and functionalities in a structured manner Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in development with Qlik Sense and QlikView (with an emphasis on Qlik Sense) • Documented experience in troubleshooting, improving, and supporting Qlik applications in a controlled operational environment (e.g., DTAP) • Practical experience with version control tools, such as Git, TFS, or equivalent • Experience working in a DevOps environment or similar methodologies • At least 3 years of experience working closely with the business on requirements analysis, data modeling, and development of BI solutions based on user needs • Ability to work both independently and in teams, as well as drive tasks from need to finished solution • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Desirable • Experience in developing Qlik applications within healthcare information or other public sector organizations • Knowledge of platforms, environments, configuration, and scalability for Qlik applications as well as related technical infrastructure • Good understanding of presentation layers, usability, and the construction of graphical user interfaces (GUI) in BI solutions • Familiarity with documenting BI solutions, including data models, logic, and functionalities • Experience working in larger organizations with many stakeholders and complex data environments Start: January 2026 Duration: Until December 31, 2026 Location: Lund (working method by agreement) About Rasulson Consulting Rasulson Consulting is a specialized staffing and recruitment company within the IT sector.
