ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Junior Account Manager at Ravelli, you will be responsible for managing all incoming customer inquiries. This involves calling interested parties and handling incoming calls.
Your tasks include creating value for customers and making our service easy to use. You will work independently through the entire process from initial contact, follow-up, and customer care.
In this role, you will report to and work closely with sales managers in Stockholm, becoming part of the sales team which currently consists of 6 people. As the company is in a strong growth phase, there are significant opportunities for the right person to grow within the organization.
