Here, you will work alongside experienced colleagues on challenging and interesting tasks in a constantly evolving environment. You will be part of a team with two other ICT pedagogues and belong to the support unit, which is part of the IT department with 35 employees.
In the role of ICT Pedagogue with system responsibility, you will work with management, system administration, and development of the LMS service (Canvas). You will closely collaborate with service providers and networks associated with the service. System administration includes tasks such as administration, configuration, and maintenance of the digital learning platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving and participating in the development of LMS (Canvas) and digital user support
- Engaging in dialogue with professional schools, capturing needs, and following up with providers
- Monitoring the external environment and working with management plans, contract management, and procurement
- Supporting and training teachers in LMS and further developing and integrating digital tools
We are seeking someone who is curious, development-oriented, and structured. You have a strong interest in technology and implement this in your daily work. You should be comfortable working with general ICT issues such as guidance in various digital pedagogical tools and learning environments.
As the work involves many contact points, it is important that you have good service and collaboration skills with clear communication. Your personal characteristics are central to the work, and therefore we will place great emphasis on these.
In addition to personal characteristics, you also need to have:
- Experience with system management and system administration of teaching support systems
- Experience managing LMS (Canvas)
- Good knowledge of Ladok
- Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A relevant higher education degree or equivalent
- Good ability to set personal goals and coordinate daily work
- Strong capability to drive change and development work
It is meritorious if you have knowledge of a programming language and experience using a REST API, as certain work tasks can be made more efficient through this.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. Probationary employment may be applied.
