We value openness, respect, and a positive work environment where everyone feels seen and included. As a Nursing Assistant at Jonseredsgården, you'll have a varied and rewarding assignment. We're seeking someone to work in one of our dementia units – our facility has 50 single-room apartments with bathrooms. This provides you an opportunity to develop, share experiences, and be an important part of a strong and caring team. We're looking for someone passionate about making a difference, who enjoys collaboration and spreads warmth and job satisfaction! Your Assignment: You'll help shape our residents' days through care, social interaction, and support during meals and personal hygiene. Activities are our focus – we want our elderly to have an active, fulfilling, and joyful life, and you play a crucial role in this. You'll also work as a dedicated care contact, have delegated responsibilities, and write social documentation. Working Hours and Benefits: You'll work day, evening, and every other weekend according to schedule – typically 6:45 AM–3:00 PM, 7:15 AM–3:30 PM, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. We apply a 37-hour work week for day and evening staff. You'll work three out of six weekends per scheduling period – and if you want to take extra shifts, you'll receive an additional 1,000 kr per extra worked weekend (up to four times)! Experience with quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert is a plus. You need good computer skills and preferably experience with social documentation. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of good interaction with residents, relatives, and colleagues. You have strong collaborative abilities with a sense of responsibility for both tasks and contributing to a positive workplace climate. You're confident in yourself and your professional role. You enjoy contributing to organizational development, like when things are happening around you, and approach new challenges with curiosity and flexibility.
