**The Position**
The role of a mentor/job coach involves coaching our participants and actively working with employer contacts to find sustainable matches. Work with participants is conducted both individually and in groups. We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve set goals and has a sales-oriented and results-focused approach. You have a broad understanding of the needs and challenges of the labor market. You believe in the individual and that everyone has a place in the job market.

**Qualifications**
You have worked for several years in recruitment, staffing, or job coaching. Since a significant part of the work involves outreach activities, such as employer contacts and external activities, it is advantageous if you also have experience in sales.
You possess good digital skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As the position is carried out on behalf of the Employment Service, you must meet one of the options below to be considered for the role:
**Option 1**
Education: A higher education degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider determines which field of study is most appropriate to achieve the goals of the position. Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time work experience.
**Option 2**
Education: At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Leadership with personnel responsibility, Recruitment, Transition work for job seekers, Study and career guidance, Handling personnel matters (not solely personnel administration), Work with labor and labor market issues, Work in social and group psychology, Career guidance.
