We are currently seeking individuals who want to become a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant, as needed, for a woman in Hagfors.
What does the position entail?
In this role, you will work with an adult woman with autism. She lives in her own home and thrives best with clear routines, structure, and predictability in her daily life.
The job involves providing support in everyday activities, such as personal care, household chores, meals, and activities both inside and outside the home. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both diverse and eventful.
You will work independently but will be part of a small team of colleagues who maintain regular contact with management. The work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with others, requiring patience and commitment.
The working hours are split shifts, varying between a few hours in the morning as well as afternoon and evening shifts.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you may be just the assistant we are looking for. Due to the need and the split shifts, we prefer candidates who have another occupation that can be combined with this assignment.
We appreciate that you:
• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.
• Are able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends.
• Hold a driving license and have access to a car.
• Have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Significant importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove your right to work in Sweden by presenting EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
