**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Do you want a fun, varied, and meaningful job? We are in need of several hourly substitutes working within preschool and are therefore looking for individuals interested in working with children and youth.
There is an opportunity to work as an hourly substitute within the Department of Children and Education, including roles such as preschool teacher and childcare worker. We are continuously seeking hourly substitutes; the need varies over time and can also differ within the various operations of the Department of Children and Education.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for candidates who have at least a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on children and leisure as a childcare worker. It is advantageous if you have a university education or are studying to become a preschool teacher. Experience working with children and youth is also a merit.
As a person, you are responsible and flexible, have a service-oriented approach, and maintain a positive attitude with a good and respectful demeanor. It is important that you can work independently while also having good collaboration skills. Since communication with the children is a vital part of the job, proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
