We are currently looking for someone who wants to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant to a 4-year-old boy with an intellectual disability and visual impairment.
What does the position entail?
As a personal assistant, you will play an important role in the boy's daily life. The work involves providing support in both everyday routines and various activities, both at home and outside. He needs assistance in his daily life to be able to live as active and meaningful a life as possible. Tasks include personal care, tube feeding, communication support, play support, and structuring daily activities. You need to have a good ability to read and understand signals, as the boy may not always be able to express himself verbally. The working hours are primarily evenings and weekends.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is committed, attentive, and self-assured. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like you to:
• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Have experience with tube feeding.
• Be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend.
• Have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).
• Be able to understand and communicate in Dari.

Employment type: fixed-term employment
Scope: approximately 50%
Start date: immediately, as agreed
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
