THE ROLE OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT As a personal assistant, you will work in the client’s home and provide the necessary support in everyday life. This may include personal care, assistance during meals, household chores, or accompanying on activities and errands outside the home. You are attentive, responsible, and flexible—and you collaborate easily with both colleagues and clients. We place great importance on your personal qualities and how you match the individuals you work with. Experience in care or personal assistance is advantageous, but the most important factor is having the right attitude and the willingness to do excellent work.
