We are currently seeking individuals who want to join our wonderful team and work as substitute personal assistants in Fagersta!
What does the position entail?
The client is a young and active boy who enjoys video games, fishing, shopping, and going to the cinema. He needs assistance with personal care and various household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. The responsibilities also include accompanying him to medical appointments, training sessions, and other activities he wishes to participate in.
In this role, it is important that you are flexible, self-motivated, and attentive to the client's wishes. It is appreciated if you enjoy cooking, managing the home, have some computer skills, and also like animals.
You will be working shifts either from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM, or 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional demeanor. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.
We prefer that you:
• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Can understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Are able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends. Some positions may also require night shifts.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car.
• Have experience in care and assistance (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before potential employment, you must be able to demonstrate your right to work in Sweden by providing proof of EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
