About the role: As a machine operator, you will be an important part of a dedicated team where you will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and fine-tuning machines in production while working on continuous improvements and ensuring that the product meets the highest possible quality standards.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a technical interest and preferably previous experience in industry or production
- Enjoys taking responsibility and finding solutions when challenges arise
- Wants to develop in your professional role and contribute to creating an efficient and safe work environment
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in technology and production who enjoys varied and hands-on work. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• Availability to work 3 shifts
• A valid driver’s license and a car
• Previous production experience
• The ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize machine settings
• Understanding of quality systems, documentation, and meticulous work
• The ability to drive and develop improvement initiatives
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have:
• Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance technology
• Experience in industrial automation or control systems
• Previous experience with injection molding machines
• Forklift certification
