We have been building houses in concrete since time immemorial. It required physical ability and a sense of problem-solving. This remains true today; however, the process has modernized, and we now build prefabricated concrete elements that are then transported and assembled at each construction site. The work is largely performed in teams, which means you will always have a colleague nearby to collaborate with. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Formwork • Reinforcement • Casting of concrete elements Working hours are scheduled during daytime. Background and Personal Qualities We prefer candidates with a background in construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing industry. • Basic understanding of numbers and reading technical drawings • Enjoy working in a team To be suitable for the position, you should enjoy physical work, be meticulous and flexible with new tasks, and be able to quickly find solutions to any problems that may arise.
