We have been building houses in concrete since time immemorial. It required physical ability and a knack for problem-solving. This remains the same today; however, the process has been modernized and we now construct prefabricated concrete elements that are then transported and assembled at each construction site. The work is largely performed in teams, which means you will always have a colleague nearby to collaborate with. Your main responsibilities will include: • Formwork • Reinforcement • Casting of concrete elements Working hours are scheduled during the day. Background and Personal Qualities We prefer that you have a background in construction or manufacturing industries. • Basic understanding of numbers and reading technical drawings • Enjoy working in a team To be suitable for this position, you should enjoy physical work, be meticulous, and flexible with new tasks, and quickly find solutions to problems that may arise.
