We are now looking for those who want to work in preschool. Working in preschool is fantastic! Pamoja is the largest staffing agency for schools in Sweden. We have contracts with many schools and offer a variety of exciting assignments.
How the job works
You often work on short notice (the same morning). You can work a lot or a little, frequently or rarely. We'll agree on which specific tasks you can work with when you are hired. You will always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and competence.
You'll manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you'll have both a support team and a personal coach to support you before, during, and after work. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you'll receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.
What do you need to know?
• You must have a completed high school diploma.
• You need to be prepared to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your calendar - but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days per week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!
