Work with Pamoja: Flexible and Secure Employment With Pamoja, you work both independently and securely. This job is perfect for those seeking flexible part-time work. You can modify your calendar up until 11:59 PM the day before your shift. How the Job Works You'll often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, frequently or rarely. We'll agree on specific work tasks when you're hired. You'll always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and skills. You'll manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you'll have a support team and a personal coach to assist you before, during, and after work. You'll work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you'll receive a proper job introduction before starting. What Do You Need to Know? • You need a high school diploma or childcare certification • Experience working with children/students with neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF) is preferred but not required • You must be prepared to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate with others • You have great flexibility to change your calendar - but must be ready to work as promised • You need to be able to work at least 2 days per week (Students: minimum 1 day/week) • You should want to be a positive role model for everyone you encounter at work!
