Mitta is a Nordic consulting company with broad expertise in land, water, and environmental issues. They offer services in measurement technology, geotechnics, environment, and laboratory operations, and have been an established player in the Swedish market since 2017. The business is growing in northern Sweden, with offices in both Umeå and Luleå, and they are now seeking more employees for their Measurement business area. Their assignments span multiple industries, including construction, infrastructure, industry, railway, and mining.
As a measurement technician or engineer at Mitta, you'll work on varied measurement technology assignments, both in the field and in the office. The work includes setting out, measuring, and managing measurement data in different types of projects. You'll participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up together with colleagues and customers, with the opportunity to take responsibility for both practical and technical parts of the projects. Depending on experience, the role can be adapted to different levels of responsibility and complexity.
Example tasks:
• Perform setting out and measurements in various project types, such as mining or infrastructure
• Work in the field, in the office, or with modeling and data management
• Handle project documentation and contribute to efficient construction processes
• Use modern tools like drones, CAD, and BIM
• Participate in both short and long-term assignments in infrastructure, industry, and mining
• Responsible for documentation, follow-up, and customer contact
• Contribute to planning and some project-related administration

You are eager to take responsibility for your assignments and work systematically and solution-oriented, even when the role requires independence. At the same time, you contribute to team collaboration and share your experiences. We believe you appreciate a varied workday with both fieldwork and administrative tasks.
Essential requirements:
• Relevant work experience or education in measurement technology
• Swedish & English, fluent in speech and writing
• Knowledge/experience with tools such as CAD, BIM, or similar
• Willing to travel

Scope: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Office hours 7-16
Location: Umeå, Luleå, Skellefteå, nearby cities
