**About the Role**
As a systems analyst at Saab Aeronautics, you will become part of a dedicated team within Digital Map Generating Systems/Geodata. The team specializes in GIS, geodata, and aeronautical information and works with a proprietary tool based on ESRI ArcMAP to ensure quality and produce geodata for Gripen. In this role, you will work through the entire chain – from requirements specification and development to testing and distribution of data and systems. This means you will contribute to solutions for Gripen's aircraft, simulators, and other systems, while interpreting and breaking down requirements in close collaboration with adjacent departments. You will have the opportunity to participate in technical investigations and projects with great variety, where creative solutions and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday work. To facilitate your onboarding, you will have close contact with the technical leader, project manager, and Scrum Master, and you will be part of a team characterized by a positive atmosphere and a culture of mutual support and learning.
**We are looking for someone who…**
- Has post-secondary education in fields such as systems science, media technology, or similar
- Has at least 3–5 years of work experience
- Alternatively, has equivalent work experience as a system tester
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- The position requires a security clearance according to applicable regulations.
**Meritorious**
- Experience in requirements work, system design, testing, and project methodology.
- Knowledge of GIS tools.
- Experience with applications such as DOORS, Teamcenter, and JIRA.
- Has managed projects or assignments from start to finish.
- Familiarity with Gripen's support and training systems is a plus.
