JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an Employee at Lindgården, You Help Create a Meaningful Daily Life for Residents. You Work in a Team and Are Responsible for Personal Care Support, Meals, Mobility, and Activities That Contribute to Community and Joy. You Primarily Work with Individuals with Cognitive Impairment, Requiring Sensitivity, Patience, and Ability to Adapt Approach to Each Individual's Needs and Daily Condition. Your Work Also Includes Observing and Documenting Changes in Health Status and Collaborating Closely with Colleagues and Family to Provide the Best Possible Support. The Position Involves Day, Evening, and Every Other Weekend Shifts. As a Varberg Municipality Employee, Resource Shifts Are Included, Meaning You May Work at Other Units Beyond Your Primary Placement When Needed. QUALIFICATIONS We Primarily Seek Two Nursing Assistants for Permanent Positions, But a One-Year Temporary Position May Also Be Available Depending on Operational Needs. • Permanent Position: We Seek a Trained Nursing Assistant with Experience Working with Individuals with Cognitive Impairment. Additional Training in Cognitive Impairment or Dementia Care is Advantageous. • Temporary Position: We Seek Someone Preferably Experienced in Working with Individuals with Cognitive Impairment. For Both Employment Types, You Need To: • Demonstrate a Safe and Respectful Approach and Willingness to Contribute to Residents' Daily Lives. • Have Strong Swedish Language Skills, Both Spoken and Written, for Communication and Documentation.
