JENSEN komvux is now seeking an engaged exam administrator/distance learning teacher for service in Sundsvall. Work Tasks and Responsibilities • Managing national exams on-site in Sundsvall • Conducting oral components of national exams in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and English • For qualified teachers, opportunity to take full responsibility for distance learning instruction within your subject combination • Motivate and coach each student towards good study results and positive knowledge development according to national guidelines • Ability to manage groups with significant differences in prior knowledge and individualize course structure for each participant • Manage course administration according to established routines (such as grading, student feedback, introduction, classroom exams, etc.) • Actively contribute to the business area/unit's overall development and take responsibility for achieving organizational goals The position will involve distance teaching and physical presence during exam writing. Qualifications We are seeking a qualified teacher in English and Swedish as a Second Language. You have experience working with students of varying knowledge levels and the ability to help each individual reach their set goals. You can adapt communication to each individual and have experience conducting courses with different study paces. You are confident, attentive, and clear in your interactions. You have interest, willingness, and ability to help others. As a JENSEN adult education teacher, you need to be an initiative-taking, pedagogical, and communicative person. You have the ability and desire to be a leader in the classroom. Employment Form We are seeking an employee, either full-time or part-time, based on your competence and availability. Start date can be immediate or by agreement. We always begin permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
