We are now seeking a coordinator for an important role within JENSEN Kitchen. **Position** As a coordinator at JENSEN Kitchen, you will be responsible for monitoring, developing, and ensuring the quality of operations in collaboration with the operational managers. The role involves task distribution, concept monitoring, and serving as a link between kitchens, principals, drivers, and units. The focus is on quality, safety, efficiency, and effective collaboration throughout the chain. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** - Work with nutritional calculations, menu writing, and content descriptions. - Coordinate the Kitchens' vehicles, including service, maintenance, and training of new and existing staff. - Conduct self-monitoring and HACCP. - Hold and implement internal training sessions. - Assist in daily operations to support our kitchen managers. **Qualifications** We prefer candidates with experience in the restaurant and/or school kitchen sector. You should have experience with self-monitoring and HACCP and be accustomed to working administratively with coordination. Proficiency in Word and Excel is an advantage. Personal suitability will be given significant weight. A valid driver's license (B category) is required for this position. **Employment Type** This is a permanent full-time position. Much of your work will be performed remotely; however, travel to our school kitchens may occur.
