JENSEN Gymnasium Göteborg is located in bright, beautiful premises on Stora Nygatan. We are a theoretical high school offering economics, social science, natural science, and technology programs.
We are now seeking an engaged administrator with a sense of structure. In the role of administrator, you will be responsible for administrative tasks at the unit. Your key responsibilities include implementing school routines related to the annual cycle and continuous systematic quality work, as well as providing high-quality service to our students. You will work closely with the principal and other management, with daily contact with students and external suppliers. You will also be part of JENSEN's administrator network and have regular meetings and check-ins with other JENSEN administrators.

Work Tasks and Responsibilities
• Student administration (Adelanet, Dexter, CSN, enrollment/withdrawal, school voucher invoicing, grade administration, bus cards, Campus, etc.)
• Reception tasks, such as answering phone, meeting and supporting students, visitors, etc.
• Substitute procurement
• Maintaining order among school forms, student, parent, and staff lists, and school-wide documentation
• Coordinating facility responsibilities, including addressing minor maintenance needs and initiating corrective actions for major issues through contracted support actors
• Supporting the principal in administrative matters
• Managing purchases of consumable materials and invoice handling
• Mail handling (daily postal matters, managing deliveries to and from the school)
• Ongoing reporting from the school, both internally and externally
Qualifications
We are seeking a self-driven administrator with experience in administrative work in schools and/or as a school host. You have experience with coordination assignments, reception work, and facility management. You have excellent IT skills and preferably experience with Adelanet and Dexter. As a person, you are structured, communicative, proactive, and service-minded. You have plenty of patience and a good sense of order.
Employment Type
This is a one-year temporary position with 100% employment. Start date is February 10, 2026, or by arrangement.
