As a Java Developer with us, you'll become a crucial part of our agile team deliveries, working closely with both colleagues and clients. Together, we build solutions that make healthcare more efficient, strengthen societal functions, and improve daily life for thousands of people. We have a strong focus on knowledge sharing and development, both technically and as a team. You'll work in a Java environment with frameworks like Spring Boot, Angular, React or Vue, and technologies such as Kubernetes, Git, Maven or Gradle, with testing using JUnit or Mockito. We work in an agile manner with well-established CI/CD flows that support our deliveries.
We believe you have:
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., with JUnit or Mockito)
• Familiarity with Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle
It's a plus if you also have experience with:
• Cloud platforms, container orchestration, or frontend frameworks
• Consulting assignments in public sector, telecommunications, or energy

Recruitment Process
We process applications and invite for interviews on an ongoing basis. The role requires high standards of both competence and security awareness. Before a potential employment, we conduct a background check, and during the interview, you will need to present valid identification.
The process consists of three interviews, personality and logic tests, reference checks, and background verification. This combination gives us a broad and fair picture of you, and provides you the opportunity to showcase your skills and potential from multiple perspectives.
