This results in a variety of different patient categories. We typically work in paired care, consisting of a nurse and a nursing assistant.
Based on the needs of the operation, we have a desired schedule, usually an 8-week roster where one is expected to work approximately 8 weekend shifts per schedule period. We have agreements according to the points model and its regulations.
