Therefore, we are now reaching out to you who wish to help create fantastic customer experiences within IT & Enterprise Service Management (ITSM & ESM).

Responsibilities
We are looking for specialists for our teams within HaloITSM, Freshservice, and Zendesk, with a strong customer focus. Are you passionate about building long-term customer relationships and translating customers' challenges into value-creating solutions? At Synerity, you will play a key role in our customers’ digital journey – from consulting and implementation to ongoing development.
In this role, you will be a strategic partner to some of our largest clients. Your tasks will include:
- Being the primary contact person and building long-term relationships with several of our key customers.
- Analyzing customers' IT environments and business needs to identify improvement and development opportunities.
- Developing and presenting ITSM solutions that create business value – whether the recipient is a technical specialist or a business manager.
- Representing Synerity in implementation projects and ensuring successful delivery and customer experience.
- Providing strategic advice on how our customers can maximize value from our solutions.
- Driving business development – from procurement and tender work to demos and presentations.
- Translating complex IT concepts into practical solutions linked to customer goals.
- Proactively identifying new opportunities, both with customers and internally, and contributing to our joint development.
Requirements
