You will be responsible for everything from secure operations and infrastructure to digital innovation, automation, and business-oriented development projects. You will lead a dedicated team and become part of the management group, reporting directly to the CEO. Here, you will have the space to take initiatives, build structures, and drive change. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing the IT department (operations, development, systems, and support) - Driving digitization, automation, and AI projects closely aligned with the business - Ensuring robust operations, high IT security, and data protection - Creating modern working methods for requirements management and development prioritization - Building a more proactive and business-driven IT function - Acting as a professional client towards suppliers such as NYCE and Visma - Ensuring that IT contributes to more efficient workflows, fewer errors, and happier customers **Customer Value in Focus – Here, IT Makes a Real Difference** In this role, you will work closely with the business and our customers.
