Combine technology and communication in a broad role with significant impact as IT Service Manager within M365 at Coor in Stockholm!
At Coor, over 12,000 people work, both in our client deliveries and based in our offices throughout the Nordics. As IT Service Manager for Collaboration & Productivity, you will enable our digital collaboration and productivity through (among other things!) Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. We are now seeking someone who wants to support, challenge, and inspire the business in how we work digitally – and help us maximize the benefits of the tools and licenses we already have on hand.
At Coor, technology is not an end in itself – it is a way to facilitate contact, collaboration, and efficiency for our employees. In this role, you will receive:
Additionally, we can offer dedicated, engaged, and above all, pleasant colleagues!
In short, you will be our internal expert on how to get the most out of our Microsoft tools, focusing on benefits, usage, and cost-effectiveness. You will:
As you may have guessed by this point in the job description, you will be a person many colleagues will recognize and know they can approach with questions – we can guarantee that it's highly unlikely that any two days will be the same.
You will become part of Coor IT, an organization with approximately 60 employees. This role belongs to Cloud & Platform Services, and your closest colleagues work with IT Workplace, infrastructure, networking, cloud, and IAM. You will also collaborate closely with the IT security team, Dynamics specialists, and other IT Service Managers in our product teams.
Our core business is to create the best workplaces in the Nordics, and we want to be best in class, of course. In March 2025, we moved into brand new, incredibly pleasant (if we do say so ourselves) premises in Hagastaden, but we are very flexible regarding office presence.
We are looking for someone with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 – particularly Teams, SharePoint, and the Office suite. You have experience working with admin interfaces and policies in, for example, Exchange, Teams, and Power Platform. You are accustomed to working in an outsourced environment and with vendor management and contractual responsibilities. It is a significant plus if you have worked in an organization similar to ours with many employees and varying levels of digital maturity.
As a person, you are curious, pedagogical, and structured. You have an interest in new technology, the ability to create engagement, and are accustomed to taking initiative. In an organization where much is happening, being flexible and solution-oriented is advantageous – as well as being able to prioritize on the fly without losing direction.
In this recruitment, we have chosen to partner with Ada Digital, which aims to provide a transparent, inclusive, and agile recruitment experience. We want to learn more about you and your potential! You can apply for the position easily without attaching any documents. A motivation for why you are applying will suffice, and if you do not have a CV, you can attach your LinkedIn profile. Then track your application live through our website. Selection takes place on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Are you curious and want to know more before applying? Contact the responsible recruiter. We look forward to connecting with you!
