IT Technician, Temporary Position, Regional Service Center

Service Center receives error reports, orders, and provides support for IT, healthcare and administrative systems, property matters, telephony, cleaning, and transportation. All employees and municipal staff also come to us to obtain their e-Service cards. We are approximately 40 colleagues located at Örebro University Hospital.
Service Center consists of First Line, e-Service Card, IT and Telephone Support, and System Support units. As an IT and Telephone Support team member, you will primarily work with an IT focus and play a crucial role in customer interactions, both via phone and in-person at Service Center. Our team is characterized by an extremely high service spirit. A positive approach and broad knowledge of Region Örebro County define our cheerful group.
Shared Service Center includes departments such as Service Center, Telephone Exchange, HR Administration, Finance Department, and Payroll and Pension Administration.

Job Responsibilities
IT and Telephone Support is a second-line function within Service Center. We handle error reports, orders, and inquiries from all operations within Region Örebro County.
Work primarily occurs via telephone but also includes receiving visitors to Service Center.
First Line initially receives calls and resolves simpler issues. Other cases are forwarded to our second line. When necessary, we escalate cases to Regional Service's third-line support.
You will work according to a schedule, alternating between receiving calls and managing cases in our case management system. We follow ITIL-based routines and processes, contributing to structured and high-quality support.
Qualifications
. High school education with IT focus, or equivalent education
. Experience working in a support function
Preferred
. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, networks, telephony, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment like printers in corporate environments
. Experience with user administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
You enjoy customer contact, are service-oriented, and demonstrate professional interaction. You are social, communicative, and collaborative. You express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish.
