ABOUT THE POSITION
OneMed is the Nordic region's leading distributor of medical materials and equipment. They drive development towards safer and more efficient healthcare, with the IT department playing a central role in making this possible.
As an IT Technician at OneMed, you'll work both independently and closely with colleagues in support, ServiceDesk, and infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring technology functions correctly at their warehouse and office sites, from truck computers and scanners to user stations and networks.
Currently, they are facing an exciting warehouse relocation, where you will be a crucial part of setting up the new IT environment and deploying equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves providing comprehensive IT support to users in offices and warehouses, managing support tickets proactively and reactively, and contributing to a stable and efficient IT environment to ensure medical equipment delivery.
* Workplace support for Windows, Office, M365, video conferencing, applications, and networks
* Troubleshooting and support for truck computers, label printers, and hand scanners
* Support ticket management via ticketing system and phone
* Installation, configuration, and upgrade of software and hardware
* Incident escalation to 3rd line support/IT specialists according to ITIL process
* Proactive work identifying and addressing potential problems before they occur
* Documentation and follow-up of support tickets to ensure quality and traceability
WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WHO
- Has at least a high school education in IT, such as from high school, vocational college, or equivalent experience
- Has experience in IT support or technical operations in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment
- Has strong knowledge of Windows, M365, and networks
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
- Holds a B driver's license
It is meritorious if you:
* Have experience troubleshooting truck computers, hand scanners, or other warehouse equipment
* Have knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, or other client management systems
