You will work with several customers simultaneously, often on a long-term basis, and experience a varied daily routine where no day is the same. Your work will encompass both remote support and customer visits, giving you the chance to work across a wide range of technologies, from traditional server operations and network infrastructure to Microsoft 365 policy work, security, and modern cloud management. A key part of the role is to be customer-responsible—understanding the customer's needs, driving improvement initiatives, and ensuring a secure and future-proof IT environment. You will become the customer's technical partner, following the project from recommendation to implementation and operation. You are self-driven, structured, and confident in prioritizing when multiple tasks occur simultaneously. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and appreciate being part of a team where everyone helps each other and shares knowledge. **Responsibilities:** You will be responsible for: - Providing Second Line support and technical troubleshooting - Operating and maintaining servers, networks, and client environments - Configuring and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments and policies - Working closely with customers by following up, recommending improvements, and driving initiatives - Ensuring license management, security levels, and backup solutions - Prioritizing and planning your daily tasks from quick issues to larger projects - Performing installations and on-site work at customer locations **We are looking for someone who meets the following:** - Several years of experience in a similar role - Experience with Windows environments and Windows Server - Experience with Active Directory - Good knowledge of networks and firewalls - Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration - Strong skills in hardware and peripherals (installation, troubleshooting, and support) - Excellent proficiency in Swedish - A valid B driver’s license **It is a plus if you have:** - Experience as an IT consultant - Experience with Mac / Linux **Still interested in the role?** Great!
