RESPONSIBILITIES
We are Now Seeking Several New Colleagues to Strengthen Our Server Team in the Windows-Based Section. We are Looking for a Skilled and Engaged IT Technician Who Wants to Support and Maintain Our Servers and Surrounding Support Systems. As an IT Technician, You Will Be Responsible for Ensuring That the Server Environment Functions Correctly and Efficiently for Our Users. You Will Work Closely with Other Team Members and External Partners to Solve Technical Problems and Implement System Improvements.

We are Seeking Someone Who Has:
• Academic Degree, Preferably in Systems Science, Computer Science, or Other Education Combined with Experience That the Swedish Prison and Probation Service Deems Relevant
• Several Years of Current Experience Working with Microsoft Server Platform in Large/Larger Environments
• Experience with In-Depth Troubleshooting of Software and Hardware
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and Later
• Knowledge of IT Security, Including Support Systems
• Ability to Express Yourself Well Verbally and in Writing in Swedish and English
It is Meritorious If You Have:
• Training in Specific/Delimited IT Infrastructure Areas, e.g., Product Training Applicable to the Position
• Training in ITIL and PM3
• Experience with Security-Related Issues
• Experience with Process-Driven Work (ITIL)
• Experience Producing Technical Documentation
• Experience Working in a Mixed Linux Environment
• Knowledge of VMware Products
• Knowledge of Network and Communication Technology
• Knowledge of Powershell Scripting
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of GPO
• Knowledge of Operational Monitoring Systems
