About this role

Are you a sharp IT technician who enjoys helping users in their daily work and tackling more advanced technical challenges? Do you have a good grasp of Microsoft-based environments and want to contribute to stable operations, clear routines, and high user availability? How exciting - this could be an interesting 2nd line assignment for you at our customer in Malmö! About the Company Our customer is an international company with an office in Malmö. More information about the company will be provided later in the recruitment process. The position is a consulting assignment initially for 3-6 months via Mero. About the Role As 2nd line support, you will work both operationally with daily user support and with more advanced tasks in operations, troubleshooting, and system administration. You'll be part of the local team in Malmö, collectively responsible for maintaining a stable and available IT environment. The cases vary in scope and complexity, which suits someone who enjoys a mix of larger and smaller tasks. Your work tasks include: • Troubleshooting and support within Windows environments, networks, and client management • Support and configuration of M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) • Administration of accounts, groups, and rights in Active Directory • Documentation, follow-up, and improvement of routines and processes About You We believe you are a technically skilled and curious person who likes to develop. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You communicate clearly, have a non-prestigious work approach, and thrive in a role where you both collaborate and drive your own tasks. To succeed in the role, you also bring: • Education in IT or equivalent work experience • Previous experience in technical support (2nd line or advanced 1st line) • Experience working in Windows and Office 365 environments with good Active Directory knowledge • Experience working in larger organizations is meritorious • Good skills in Swedish and English Additional Information • Start: By arrangement • Location: Malmö • Scope: Full-time, office hours 7-4 PM • Salary: By arrangement Have questions about the position?
