This Critically Important Work Occurs in Close Collaboration with Medical Technology Engineers, Healthcare Personnel, Region Halland's IT and Digitalization Operations, and Suppliers. As an MIS Technician, You Will Work in the MTH Information Systems Department, Currently Consisting of 15 Employees Based Either at the Hospital in Halmstad or Varberg. The Department's Staff Support All Healthcare Operations in Region Halland. This Position Will Be Located in Halmstad and Part of the Sample-Bound Diagnostics Team. Example Responsibilities: - Improve and Optimize Existing Systems Through Collaboration and Presence in Healthcare. - Troubleshooting Throughout the Entire Chain, from Medical Technology Equipment via Application, Clients, Network, and Application and Database Servers. - Participate in Projects Such as Procurement, Implementation, and Upgrades. - Develop Technical Requirements and Orders for Suppliers. - Plan, Validate, and Train for System Deployment. - Support Suppliers with Configuration and Installation of Application Servers and Databases. - Perform Preventive Maintenance Through Service Windows with Updates. - Ensure Documentation Exists and Create Documentation on System Configurations. - Ensure Systems are Secure from an IT Security Perspective.
